I've been studying this painting to determine what I have to do next. Because the background must appear furthest away, that is what I decided to do. In my notes from interviewing Amanda, I got no ideas, so I looked at her website. There I found one of her paintings I thought I could work with.  I blocked out areas that could bleed color and began to try to emulate matching her colors...not easy using a different medium.
