Over the course of a week, (let's face it, I'm easily distracted: husband, dog, food, cleaning, shopping), I have added pale oranges, red oranges, maroon to the tune of 5-6 layers. Every time I leave the studio for more than a few hours, I have to retest the colors I'm saving because the water evaporates and I have to add just the right amount to return it to the shades I am using. If left overnight, some of these colors granulate which takes longer to remix. Sometimes I miss acrylics!
