Thursday my husband and I delivered "Room With A View" to Watercolor USA in Springfield. The judge is Dean Mitchell and a favorite painter of mine. I am honored having been picked for the show. We returned home Friday so I am back to work on "Faith".

I am in the early process of darkening eyes and hair. That work will make the skin tones look washed out which is expected. While painting the hair, I used Maskoid on the figures so I wouldn't accidentally paint over them. I'll remove that soon. More turquoise shadow work is coming. I need to shade the eyes...maybe lighten them a little and shade the eyeballs.
