I feel a little guilty for saying that the holidays were disruptive. I did have a good time with family and friends. But I didn't have much time to do artwork. I particularly miss that when I am beginning a new series of paintings and I need to resolve problems with the drawings.

I have been TRYING to finish this woman's drawing, but her eyes are just different enough from the norm that it has taken a lot of draw and redraw to get them correct as you can see in one of these photos.
