Giuseppe Arcimboldo and Me

Bill and I went to the Nelson Atkins Museum this afternoon to see Philip Haas: The Four Seasos, which is a homage to Giuseppe Arcimboldo who lived in the 16th century. His portraits were serious then, but today we all find them very amusing. I have loved his work for decades.
